Uganda is indeed the Pearl of Africa because of the following reasons among others;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Uganda is Africa\u2019s friendliest, safest, most secure, stable countries;<\/li>\n<li>Ugandans are welcoming people with rich culture;<\/li>\n<li>The country has fertile soils;<\/li>\n<li>Uganda has a good climate;<\/li>\n<li>Uganda is the source of the Nile;<\/li>\n<li>Most bio-diverse country in Africa;<\/li>\n<li>Home of mountain gorillas and forest chimpanzees;<\/li>\n<li>The equator passes through the country;<\/li>\n<li>White sand beaches on Lake Victoria Africa biggest fresh water lake;<\/li>\n<li>The country has snow peaked mountains and<\/li>\n<li>Uganda is a home of the Big Five animals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Key information<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>25% of the area of Uganda is covered with rivers , swamps and lakes;<\/li>\n<li>Uganda has over 1,000 species of birds;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ugandawildlife.org\">Uganda Wildlife Authority <\/a>\u00a0 manages 10 national parks and 12 wildlife reserves.
